Cast and Crew
EKHO Entertainment’s Cast, Crew, and Leadership Team is comprised of devoted and enthusiastic volunteers who selflessly give of their time, energy, and talents for a greater cause. These individuals are the backbone of our organization and the key ingredient that enables us as an organization to create grassroots impact through our originally written and produced productions. Participating volunteers experience a different rhythm while volunteering at EKHO Entertainment, because we strive as an organization to cultivate a unified atmosphere for individuals from different backgrounds to come together for a common cause. The synergy and impact created by our team is an invaluable contribution that continues to be echoed one production after another!
Founder, Producer and Artistic Director for EKHO Entertainment
Trina Sindelar has loved the performing arts ever since she can remember, and started dancing at the young age of 3 years old. The one thing she enjoys more than performing is producing, which she’s been doing since the summer of 2000 when she first founded the community-based nonprofit theater group Back Yard Kids Helping Kids Show. She believes opportunities are always in front of us, but most of us miss them because we’re too focused on the fear of failing. In her eyes, failing is when we don't try, because stepping out into the unknown and applying yourself to the best of your ability, especially when feeling intimidated, is a win altogether in itself. She says, “We only progress and learn from our mistakes, and hopefully our efforts include a vision that brings others along with us as we grow.” She tries to live her life by this motto — claiming that diversified collaboration only makes teams stronger, especially when individuals can appreciate the diversity of their fellow teammates, and can get past the fear of not being the smartest person in the room. She strives to make EKHO Entertainment a place where everyone involved has the opportunity to contribute, because she believes incredible things happen when individuals come together as a team for a common cause!
